Beeton Bin Rental Booking Guide: Pick the Right Size Before Demo Day

[UPDATE NEEDED] — this article references outdated rates or dates. Please review and update.

Demo day is not the time to discover that your bin is too small.

If you are renovating a kitchen, clearing a basement, replacing a roof, or tackling a major cleanout in Beeton, book the right bin before the first piece of debris comes out. The correct size helps you avoid overflow, extra handling, and the cost of arranging another pickup.

Tor Bin Rental delivers driveway-safe bins throughout Beeton and nearby communities, including Alliston, Angus, Everett, and Lisle. You can review current bin sizes and starting prices before choosing the best fit.

Start with your waste type

Your project material matters just as much as the amount of waste.

Use this quick rule:

  • If you are removing ordinary household junk, furniture, drywall, flooring, cabinets, or construction debris, then choose a 10-, 14-, or 20-yard bin.

  • If you are disposing of soil, concrete, or asphalt, then choose the 8-yard specialty bin.

  • If your project contains mixed materials, then separate heavy material from bulky waste and confirm the best option before booking.

  • If you are unsure, then describe the project when you call 705-481-7604.

⚠️ Do not choose a large bin based only on volume when the load contains dense materials. Soil, concrete, and asphalt become heavy quickly.

Beeton bin sizes and July 2026 starting prices

Here are the available sizes and starting rates for July 2026.

Prices vary by postal code and are subject to H.S.T. A 5% fuel surcharge also applies.

The 8-yard specialty bin: for heavy materials

The 8-yard bin measures 7' x 14' x 2'. It is reserved for:

  • Soil

  • Concrete

  • Asphalt

Its lower height makes loading easier, while the smaller capacity helps keep extremely heavy loads manageable.

Choose the 8-yard bin if your Beeton project involves excavation, breaking up a concrete pad, removing asphalt, or disposing of clean fill.

Do not use this specialty bin for household junk, furniture, drywall, or mixed renovation debris.

The 10-yard bin: for small projects

The 10-yard bin measures 7' x 11' x 3.5'.

Choose it when:

  • You are cleaning out one garage.

  • You are renovating a small bathroom.

  • You are removing a limited amount of flooring or drywall.

  • You are handling a small amount of yard or household waste.

  • Your driveway or access area is tight.

If your project is limited to one room and the material is not especially bulky, then the 10-yard bin may be the most practical choice.

The starting price is $325 Regular or $395 All-In.

The 14-yard bin: the flexible middle option

The 14-yard bin measures 8' x 14' x 3.5'.

It is a strong choice for:

  • A kitchen renovation

  • A basement or garage cleanout

  • A single-room demolition

  • A small deck removal

  • Multiple rooms with moderate debris

  • Larger household cleanouts

  • Mixed construction waste

10-yard and 14-yard driveway-safe bins staged for local projects

If a 10-yard bin feels too close for comfort but your project does not require the height of a 20-yard bin, then choose the 14-yard option.

The starting price is $325 Regular or $460 All-In.

The 20-yard bin: for volume and bulky debris

The 20-yard bin measures 8' x 14' x 5'. It has the same ground footprint as the 14-yard bin but adds 1.5 feet of height.

Choose it for:

  • A full kitchen demolition

  • Multiple-room renovations

  • Large basement or estate cleanouts

  • Bulky furniture and appliances

  • Major roofing projects

  • Large amounts of framing lumber

  • Bigger construction or demolition jobs

If you are removing bulky items or renovating several rooms at once, then the 20-yard bin gives you more room to work without spreading waste across your property.

The starting price is $350 Regular or $590 All-In.

Regular Rate or All-In Rate?

Tor Bin Rental offers two pricing options. Select the one that matches how predictable your project is.

Choose the Regular Rate if you know your approximate weight

The Regular Rate includes:

  • 7-day rental

  • Delivery

  • Pickup

  • Up to 1 metric tonne of disposal

If your load exceeds the included 1 metric tonne, extra weight is charged at $130 per metric tonne.

Choose Regular if:

  • Your materials are relatively light.

  • You are disposing of household items, drywall, wood, or general renovation waste.

  • You are comfortable with disposal charges based on the final weight.

  • You want the lower starting price.

Choose the All-In Rate for simpler budgeting

The All-In Rate includes unlimited disposal for the rental, according to the applicable material and service guidelines.

Choose All-In if:

  • You are unsure how much your project will weigh.

  • You are handling a larger renovation.

  • You want a simpler upfront price.

  • You are disposing of a mixed load and prefer more predictable budgeting.

Both options are subject to the applicable 5% fuel surcharge, H.S.T., and postal-code-based pricing. If you want help comparing the two options, check the bin rental FAQs before booking.

Your Beeton booking process

Tor Bin Rental keeps the process simple.

1. Book the bin

Choose your:

  • Bin size

  • Waste type

  • Pricing option

  • Delivery date

  • Rental term

  • Delivery address

You can book your Beeton bin online 24/7 without a phone call.

If you need help deciding, call 705-481-7604 and explain what you are removing.

2. Prepare the delivery area

Before the truck arrives:

  • Clear vehicles from the driveway.

  • Remove landscaping items, toys, and loose materials.

  • Keep the placement area accessible.

  • Check for low branches, wires, and other overhead obstacles.

  • Confirm that the bin will not block essential access.

Tor Bin Rental uses driveway-safe delivery methods and protective boards to help prevent damage to asphalt, concrete, and other driveway surfaces. However, the delivery area still needs to be suitable and accessible.

3. Load the bin safely

Load heavy items first and distribute the weight evenly.

Follow these rules:

  • Keep all material below the top edge.

  • Do not overfill the bin.

  • Break down large items where possible.

  • Place bulky items flat to use the available space.

  • Keep prohibited or questionable materials out until confirmed.

  • Do not load hazardous waste, chemicals, liquids, paint, tires, or other restricted items without approval.

⚠️ DO NOT LOAD ABOVE THE RIM. Overfilled debris can create a transport and safety problem and may need to be removed before pickup.

4. Schedule pickup or request an extension

Flexible rental terms are available, including:

  • 3-day rentals

  • 7-day rentals

  • Monthly rentals

You can request early pickup when your project is finished. If the renovation takes longer, easy extensions are available based on scheduling and availability.

Same-day or next-day delivery may also be available in Beeton and surrounding service areas. Check the Beeton service area and nearby delivery locations when planning your date.

Quick decision guide

Use this checklist before you book:

  • If you are removing soil, concrete, or asphalt, then choose the 8-yard specialty bin.

  • If you are cleaning out one garage or completing a small bathroom renovation, then choose the 10-yard bin.

  • If you are renovating a kitchen, removing a small deck, or clearing a basement, then choose the 14-yard bin.

  • If you are handling a multi-room renovation, full roof replacement, estate cleanout, or bulky furniture, then choose the 20-yard bin.

  • If the materials are dense and heavy, then confirm weight expectations before choosing a larger container.

  • If you are between two sizes, then sizing up may be more practical than risking an overflowing bin.

Book before demo day

Your bin should be ready before demolition starts. Choose your size, confirm your material type, and select the pricing option that works for your budget.
