Fall cleanup in Everett can get out of hand quickly.
Leaves cover the lawn. Branches pile up. Hedges need trimming. Garden beds need clearing. Before long, you may also have old fencing, broken lawn furniture, or other household debris taking up space.
A few paper yard-waste bags may be enough for a small cleanup. A large property cleanup needs a better plan.
Tor Bin Rental provides driveway-safe bins throughout Everett and nearby communities. You can book online 24/7, choose a rental term, and have the bin delivered before the fall rush.
This guide explains which bin fits your project, what the current starting rates include, and how to avoid mixing materials incorrectly.
Start with the right Everett dumpster rental
Use this simple rule:
If your load is mostly leaves, grass, brush, branches, and clean woody yard waste, then book a 14- or 20-yard Brush bin.
If your load includes old fencing, furniture, household junk, drywall, or renovation debris, then book a Household & Construction Waste bin.
If your load is mostly soil, concrete, or asphalt, then book the specialty 8-yard bin.
If you are combining several waste categories, then contact Tor Bin Rental before loading.
The correct category helps prevent sorting problems, rejected loads, and unexpected disposal charges.
What belongs in a Brush bin?
The Brush option is designed for clean yard waste and woody debris.
Typical accepted materials include:
Leaves
Grass clippings
Garden waste
Bush and hedge trimmings
Small branches
Tree limbs
Fallen branches
Brush
Clean, untreated wood
Small woody landscaping debris
You can place loose leaves and grass directly into the bin. You do not need to spend the weekend filling dozens of paper bags.
However, keep the load clean. Do not mix plastic bags, household garbage, soil, or construction materials into the Brush bin.
What about old fencing?
Old fencing needs special attention.
If the fencing is painted, stained, pressure-treated, or mixed with metal hardware, then use a Household & Construction Waste bin.
If the fencing is clean and untreated, then contact us before adding it to a Brush bin.
If the fence includes concrete posts, soil, or large amounts of metal, then separate those materials and confirm the correct disposal category.
When in doubt, call 705-481-7604 before loading.

When should you choose a Household & Construction Waste bin?
Fall yard projects often uncover more than organic waste.
You may pull down an old fence, remove a shed, clean out a garage, or dispose of broken outdoor furniture at the same time. That is when a Household & Construction Waste bin makes more sense.
Choose this category for materials such as:
Old fencing
Painted or treated lumber
Broken lawn furniture
Outdoor toys
Household junk
Furniture
Mattresses
Cabinets
Flooring
Drywall
Renovation debris
Demolition waste
Mixed garbage

Do not use the 8-yard bin for yard waste
The 8-yard bin is not a general-purpose bin.
It is reserved for specialty disposal only:
Clean soil
Concrete
Asphalt
Its dimensions are 7' wide × 14' long × 2' high.
⚠️ The 8-yard bin is not for leaves, grass, brush, fencing, household waste, or construction debris.
If your fall project includes soil from garden excavation, concrete patio removal, or asphalt driveway work, keep those materials separate. Book the correct specialty bin instead of placing them in a Brush or Household bin.
Check Everett’s seasonal yard-waste options
Simcoe County provides designated yard-waste collection weeks. Accepted curbside materials generally include leaves, grass, garden waste, and properly bundled brush.
Curbside collection has limits:
Yard waste must be placed out by the collection deadline.
Brush must be secured with natural twine.
Bundles must follow the County’s length and diameter requirements.
Plastic bags, soil, sod, sand, and contaminated materials do not belong in yard-waste collection.
For small amounts, curbside collection may be enough. For larger cleanups, a bin gives you more control.
You do not need to:
Wait for the next collection week
Carry heavy bags to the curb
Make repeated trips to a waste facility
Load branches into your vehicle
Leave yard waste sitting outside for weeks
For current municipal requirements, check the Simcoe County yard-waste information.

How to prepare for fall bin delivery
A clear delivery area makes the process faster and safer.
Before your bin arrives:
Move vehicles out of the driveway.
Remove trailers, boats, and outdoor furniture.
Trim or identify low branches near the delivery area.
Keep children and pets away from the truck.
Tell us about slopes, soft ground, narrow access, or overhead wires.
Keep the bin placement area accessible throughout the rental.
Tor Bin Rental uses driveway-safe bins and careful placement methods designed to help protect asphalt, concrete, and your property.

Load the bin safely
Follow this loading sequence:
Place larger branches on the bottom.
Add brush, hedge trimmings, and garden waste around them.
Use leaves and grass to fill open spaces.
Distribute the load evenly.
Keep everything level with the top of the bin.
⚠️ DO NOT OVERFILL THE BIN.
Branches must not stick out over the sides. Do not create unstable piles above the rim. An overloaded bin cannot be transported safely.
Keep hazardous materials out of every bin, including:
Paint
Oil
Chemicals
Batteries
Asbestos
Propane tanks
Tires
Electronics
Contact us if you are unsure where an item belongs.
