Note: Regular rates include delivery and pickup. Disposal fees are billed separately based on the actual weight of your load.
2. All-In Rates (Unlimited Disposal)

Best for heavy materials that require a dedicated bin type.
8-Yard Specialty Bin (7'x14'x2'): Soil $300 + HST
8-Yard Specialty Bin (7'x14'x2'): Concrete/Asphalt $350 + HST
⚠️ 8-YARD BINS ARE ONLY FOR SPECIALTY WASTE: Use them for soil, concrete, or asphalt only.
⚠️ OVERAGE WEIGHT: Additional weight is charged at $130/tonne.
⚠️ 5% FUEL SURCHARGE: A 5% fuel surcharge is now applicable to all rentals. Your final total includes the rental price, this fuel surcharge, and HST.
